A Targeted NoFap this time

Last time my streak went for 230 days. And trust me I had the benefits. However some personal failures made me go back to porn. I can elaborate,but to summarise my fall, i had lost my hope and loneliness made me an addict again. Yes even after 230 days I became my ugly self

However right now I've got a shot at what I've want to be. It is like my only shot at everything I wanted to become. This is same thing that I failed previously and relapsed.

This time I want this not to be life oriented but goal oriented. I have 65 days to my shot and I will be very specific and targeted regarding what exactly I have to to do in this 65 days. I've found that it is nearly impossible for singles like me to give up porn 100 percent in this sexualised world. It's very hard to become a monk at the age of 25-26 where sexual harmones are so powerful.

All I want to say is that don't look for very long term. Like I was successful till day 229 but my failure on my career aspect on day 230 made me relapsed.

Hence this time I will be goal oriented . I have 65 days for my shot and I will give my best not to waste time on porn and stuff. I will write daily updates in the evening

To sum up---
You can't give up porn if you have a shitty/lonely life. You can replace porn only with success.!!!!!

 

Day 1
Everything was fine today. I kept myself busy and it went smooth. However I must focus mor towards my goal and not the other stuffs that are going around me.
