I have a knee pain

    My left knee and the muscles surrounding the knee were paining. And I ran a couple of day ago. Now it is swollen and it is paining as well. Does anyone know the reason for this?
    I'm a 20 year old male
    I'm 5'7 and 70KG.

    That has nothing to do with nofap and giving up PMO. I would suggest you see your doctor to find out if you injured yourself when you were running.

    Yes this happens when sexual energy is lost. Ive been experiencing pain in eight knee and left shoulder. Rest assured no doctor can help so dont waste your time a d money. Continue recovery, let your body heal. Your body knows what to do with newly gained sexual energy, it will use it to improve you and also heal injuries.
    Of course you could visit a doctor if you are worried. They will probably prescibe anti inflammatory drugs for you. You dont need them.
