10 months clean, willing to help.

    Hello all. Im 10 months clean of all PMO. I also quit drinking and weed. I kind of live a super health conscious lifestyle now.

    I can say with certainty that I am glad I chose this path, and I will never go back to my old PMO ways. Life is def way better, and so many things have got better for me.

    If you have any questions I would love to answer them.

    If i can do it, so can you. You wont regret it. We got this bros

    Hello,
    I've been using a metal sctoral stretcher for over a year now. They have made my balls hang lower. I love how it makes them hang and dangle down there. It doesn’t cause any discomfort or arousal whatsoever.

    So, I was wondering is it okay to wear it for a few hours every day during nofap? And if I do, will it affect my nofap progress?

    I am new to nofap and on my 5th day of hard mode and thought that I should ask the others.

    Congrats on your 10 months clean!
    My longest strake was 5 months I think, I don't even remember cause it has been 11 years for me trying to quit SPMO so I dont know if I did 6 or 5 months lol but I'm done! I want to reach 1 year and then keep clean!
    I just remember I relapsed after 5/6 months, felt like crap and then went into a binge and since then just reaching 3/4 months strakes and relapsing again..
    How are your urges now? I mean, are they still strong as in the beggining?
    I would like to know how much affect this addiction after 6 months of being clean..
    I hope you undestand my bad English.

    I dont really have any urges to look at porn or fap, but I get huge urges to find hookups on tinder, lol. Luckily i am very lean and muscular and I have a good profile which women respond to now.
