I am 18yr old and I am also suffering in PMO I was told many times that I am good looking and few girls purposed me too but after I started fapping 4 to 5 times per day those girls just ignored me. So, when I discovered nofap I did 30day streak and the attraction that I got was awesome. I felt like I don't need anyone, I felt like an ALPHA. Currently I am at day0 and feeling demotivated and also my college is going to open after September.

I can say it took 15 day to become healthy and energetic I am still recovering though because after long streak if you relapse you go on binge.

 

Any content that tries to spread the truth is deleted. Google and Youtube are completely in their control.

I feel the same. Previous streak record before this one was 35 days twice, but I never had these feelings. I'm flatlining, depressed, and can barely function some days. Don't even want to talk to people. I know eventually it should end but I just want my day 30 benefits back.

 

Well done. I like that you watched NoFap content from time to time. This is also what I did in my current streak within my first 90 days. I found that it helped to set the narrative required for NoFap on a daily basis.
