    Hello guys,

I just reached 31 days of Nofap, the longest streak I’ve ever had and I’ve been feeling amazing during this time, my goal is to get to 90 days and reboot my brain.

but I have a big problem and it’s the wet dreams, I can’t go further 6-7 days without getting one, I’ve had like 4-5 wet dreams total on these journey and in some of them I’ve watched porn and relapsed to masturbation so I don’t feel good about it, what should I do??

I thought wet dreams were considered to be normal and healthy and shouldn't be considered a relapse by themselves. If you use them to watch porn and masturbate, you are making them into a catalyst, and you are making a choice.

If they happen, they happen. Don't be ashamed of it, and definitely don't use it as an "excuse" to relapse into porn and masturbation.

If I am wrong here, someone please reply.

Nah, you’re right. It’s going to get released if you’re actively rebooting. It’s a good sign of recovering.

Thank you man, I think you are right, the only problem is the chaser effect, which can cause you to relapse because of the strong urges that come along, but I’ve stayed strong and I will

Most of the time the wet dreams comes from the succubus that enters in your dreams so you might want to watch out. Also, do your best to not to have sexual fantasies throughout the day too because that what caused the wet dreams sometimes.

When I was in my 20's -- I could go 2-5 days without a wet dream, probably averaged about once every 3 days. This went on for years, even when I had been PMO + fantasy free for years. Also happened once I was married, if I went 2-5 days without sex. Now that I'm older, I can go longer.

A lot of my wet dreams have been fallen somewhere between weird and disturbing.

Don't stress about it. It's natural, and there's likely not a whole lot you can do about it. Don't dwell on your dream afterwards -- If I don't dwell on it (esp. if it was upsetting or disturbing) it will fade in my mind, just like a regular dream does.
