It's day 99 of my nofap journey and I feel so depleted at work today. Honestly, I really hate this lack of energy. I don't know how to fix it, I've tried everything. I've tried eating healthier, sleeping more, sleeping less, excercise, nofap... I'm just so done with this crappy feeling of being tired all the time. I really hope it's just the flatline, and that once I get out of it, I'll have more energy. But really, I don't know if I'm actually in flatline, or if my body is just normally really tired all the time. The thought of living the rest of my life like this really depresses me.

Recently, when I think of my future life, all I can see depression, failure, and a lack of fulfillment. I feel so done on some days, like I don't want to leave my house and do anything, like I want to quit my co-op job, and just give up. I really can't wait to leave this country in 3 months and finally go on my exchange to Japan. I really need a change of scenery, I need to get out of here. I feel so stagnant here, every day at work is the same boredom. And I have no motivation to improve anything at work, or to hang out with more people or make a better life for myself. I just don't want to do anything, I just want to be left alone...

It might be hormonal, you should go to hospital and get your hormones checked.

Maybe you expected something wonderful to happen and of it did not and never will until you wake up your power.
Remember if you were a pmo addict, your brain had a lot of dopamine rushing through but now it is gone.
    So what to do now?

I think it was just a rough bump from the flatline that got me feeling depressed when I posted this. I've been feeling much better for the past 3-4 days, I've had more energy than normal and I'm much more productive and optimistic. I don't think there is any deeper issue, like I said, it was probably just a really low point in my flatline. Thanks for your all your input, though.

Life isn't always a bowl of cherries. Just keep fighting the good fight and if there are areas of your life you would like to improve, you have the power to do that.

Your lack of energy may be caused by a flatline, but I wouldn't suggest waiting for the day in which all of your energy magically comes back. I think you should make sure your chronic lack of energy isn't caused by something else. I would really suggest seeing a doctor and asking to get a blood test just to make sure you don't have hypothyroidism or a vitamin deficiency. I've seen stories on TV where normal people fall ill for very long periods of time (years) just because they weren't consuming or getting enough of a certain vitamin. Tl;dr : Tell your doctor you've had low energy for a long period of time and get yourself checked out.

Also make sure you drink enough water and sun exposure. Make it a goal to stay out in the sun at least 30mins each day, and even longer during cloudless sunny days. you will feel a big difference, trust me on that.
