and by reading what you all have shared in your posts, I don't feel alone anymore

Checking in early here for day 32.
Moving forward I'm restricting total internet usage as part of a dopamine detox. Really need to focus on studying and stop wasting time on YouTube and surfing the web.
Going away this weekend to the in-laws so that'll help - I hope.

DAY 0 TRUST THE PROCESS

 

Day 39! The dreams have kinda stopped and I'm taking it as a good sign. The urges have reduced. Hoping to go from strength to strength.

Spoiler: Trigger Warning

I'm now surprisingly quite immune to movies (romcoms) which have the love scenes. Earlier those scenes would make me touch myself even involuntarily and I'd get a hard-on. But now, it's as good as no reaction from the little guy. Is this what we call flatline? It's not like I'm not attracted to girls at all. I still find many of them super attractive but now I am able to speak to them by looking in their eyes - face to face. Earlier it was very awkward and it's not like I'm a creep/ pervert but my eyes would definitely go towards their boobs.

I had a dream last night about this girl I've got a bit of a crush on, but there was nothing about it of a sexual/impure nature or anything like that. I'm taking that as a good sign? I'm sure most of us are familiar with lustful dreams that make the fight very difficult the day after, but this felt kind of like the opposite of that.
