Hi all, what kind of vitamins I have to take for much energy? I feel tired most of time and now I realize that need of vitamins. Apart from that, I can't to concentrate when I try to read, though I'm not stressed.
What are you think that would help me?

M drains us of energy if we do it consistently and often. I’m not a doctor or anything but based on my research and understanding, B Complex is essential for energy. You should also start taking Vitamin C and Zinc, and Kelp (good source of iodine). I take a lot of natural supplements. If you’re just starting out it can be overwhelming and you don’t know what to take. So start small and build your way up as you gain more understanding of what each one does. I use a lot more than these 4.

I used to feel tired and sleepy all the times. I’m doing a lot better now. Sexual energy is extra energy. Keep that axiom in mind. So look for formula that deal with the adrenal gland. And don’t M excessively (even better if you can abstain from it completely). Extra energy is there to create life or to do things that are productive. Once you depleted that extra energy and you go a step further you’re going to harm your health in the long run. Semens contain important nutrients such as zinc, b etc... look it up.

(spoiler: the following text is my own reflections and should not be considered as professional advice)

Hey, medical student here. In most cases where people lack energy, if you have a normal diet, it's not vitamins which is the reason. (I assume you live in a well developed country.) Make sure you eat healthy, exercise regularly and get enough sleep. I encourage you to search for info provided my your own government and see if they have any official advice. If you seriously think that you lack vitamins/minerals you should consider seeing your doctor and check your blood-levels.

Trying to answer the actual question:
Going in to the darker half of the year it's possible that you don't get enough vitamin D if you get little sun (your body is making vitamin D when you get sunlight on it).
If you are a vegetarian then i agree with @InTheWilderness on vitamin B(12) (cobalamin), then you also might lack iron (especially if you're a girl).

Good luck on feeling more energized and good luck on your nofap journey!

I noticed these things on my own skin, when I think just at sex, fantasies and porn. It's not necessarily to masturbate, just to think a long time, it make me tired.

I can say I eat no healthier, but trying to do that. Anyway, in nowadays most of food is unhealthy, dangerous for human's organism. I took some vitamins for more crave to eat and energy.
