Relasped yesterday

    Hi yall just wanted to get this off my chest. I relapsed yesterday, I was going clean during the week. I was getting depressed on friday due to stress. I was relaxing on Saturday and relapsed two times. I'm trying to keep clean today.

    I'm the same, I relapsed yesterday too.
    It hurts, when you are working hard, then one urge or idea brings you down.

    But its ok, failures are part of the process. Start stronger. I wish you success :)

    Not so bad. Yesterday I relapsed 5 times, but today 3 times. I did MO. PMO is no more included in my life.

    I did pmo but today I've managed to keep clean so far. Anyways I'll have to rethink my weekends and how im going to focus.

    Yes, yesterday was horrendous for me, too, as I almost relapsed. Saturdays are dangerous with a lot of free time and idleness - a recipe for disaster. I've known many such relapses on Saturdays. We pick up and start again, knowing better next time.

    yeah, especially in these lockdown days. I have nowhere to go out, girls in dating apps also are inactive.
