    which last longest streak was 43 days
    the key to a long streak is working and busying ur self
    last streak broke 1 month because i was free
    but now i am working&studying i have no woods

    the hardest days of nofap is only 10-20 first days
    i swear then it is very easy if u are realistic
    just work don't stay at home free
    work...studyy....less play on mobile ///less on screen because maintain screening will increase brain fog
    first 20 days when my brainfog was full
    i every day read 50/60 pages of books that made me very comfortable and have less brainfog

    Had a wet dream yesterday....Last wet dream was 18 days ago and it was because of my mistake that is i continuously thought about porn So i considered last wet dream as relapse but this time it occurred all of a sudden and I was not thinking any wrong thing So i am not considering it as relapse this time...Is my decision correct? @fromsheeptowolf and @Kingfisher and do u guys also have wet dreams sometimes?

    @dragon2110 Most everyone would consider that having a wet dream is not a relapse. I thought that it might be a relapse at one time before. But, it is your brains way of getting that dopamine it is used to. They will eventually go away, that depends on how long your streaks are and how much you relapse. At the beginning they were very vivid, oh my goodness! They would certainly cause something similar to a chaser effect. It was a crazy time! Yes, it is not a relapse, good decision.

    Now, they are very rare. Sometimes it is just flirting scenarios and such.

    Like @Motivated to Succeed I was also attacked by PMO forces the last two days but I held my ground.
