Depends on your goal, if having sex is something you are focusing on not doing, then yes it’s a relapse. If not, then no it is not a relapse. With regards to the benefits, it’s towards your lifestyle as a whole, not just sex. You may experience stronger urges after sex, which may lead you down the road to a relapse though, and keeping this is mind is key.
