I need some motivation I'm on day 60 and in one of the most severe flatlines ever since yesterday. My flatline periods before this were: Days 36-43, 44-49, 52-55, and 59-present. I pmoed for 2-3 years since I was 16 ish. Frequency was around every few days 2-3 times in a day at worst. Any prognosis on when you think I will beat the flatlines and make it? (Days 55-58 were great, life was beautiful and I was attracted to girl's inner selves more than them on the outside, so I am hopeful that means my brain is rewiring.)

is that the answer or are you responding to my question with a question? and kinda today and a few days ago but I didn't nut in real life.. don't kno if that counts?? but I nutted in one of my dreams.. I think I'm just ready to have sex but still hold my nut from S/O regardless to keep my energy going

I have had wet dreams at day 14, 24, 43, and 61 (this morning as I woke up). Is that normal as a part of the recovery process?

A flatline is a period where you have no libido and are depressed demotivated and exhausted for no explainable reason. From what I have learned, this is your brain's way of trying to "Trojan Horse" you to a relapse. It's a very depressing time and I've been in my 4th one for the last 48 hours.

Yes I had two wet dreams but other than subconsciously right before they happened I've had no action downstairs

 

do chicks still hit on you and give you attention even when you flat line? and have you look into advice on not having wet dreams? that has to suck I'm really not looking forward to those.. Im on week 1 and a half luckily my sex dreams have been dry

Not really but sometimes they still check me out. I've had brief moments when talking to hot girls where your old self comes back because your mind still knows they are attractive. It's mostly I don't even want to talk to them though. However there was a time where I was flatlining and then I talked to a pretty girl and when I talked to her I was out of the flatline for an hour or two. It can help for sure.
