I relapsed on DAY 3 or 4 So I still consider it as challenge unfinished and I am starting again. I want to point out few things I noticed. -> When I fapped every 1-2days I felt low energy, low drive, like numb -> This time when I magaed to do no edging, no porn, images,... for only 3days staright I felt diferent. I really believe this NOFAP power thing. Today I was happy with myself, I even felt quite energetic in the morning, while sleeping <5hours, but them I made classic mistake -> instagram -> pictures -> battling stronger uregs thx to the fucking images -> edging -> trying to battle -> relapsing I will do another 3clean days. Completely turn off instagram, dont spend any more time in the mornings than needed and lets fucking go. I want to see no relapses after this post! GL boys!
