    I have been 8 months PMO free.
    Congrats to everyone who is also achieving long streaks.

    There is no magic pill. Only discipline. Self control. And the will to succeed.

    For those struggling to fight urges, I promise they will go away eventually. The first few days/weeks are the toughest. Just don’t feed the urge and you’ll starve it.

    -Social anxiety is gone
    -Morning woods have returned
    -Confidence is higher then ever

    Yeah. You have to let it run it’s course. You may think your dick is dead during a flatline (it is lol) but life will return, better then before.
    Take it one day at a time. That’s it.

    Yes sir.
    I haven’t had sex since I’ve been on nofap. So I can’t tell you if it’s healed. But morning woods have returned and spontaneous boners , and that’s only a good sign.

    Great work, @Might_Stag_Beetle , I envy you! I think if I ever get to 240, I would be healed. My personal record is only 70 days.

    You're writing "Take one day at a time" but where did you take the patience from? Every day is a tough battle for me, yet one day is almost nothing on this long journey.

    The patience came from the will to succeed. I was just tired of that lifestyle bro. Tired of PIED. I had to change or I’d be the same forever. By the time you get to 240 , your pretty much healed. I don’t even think of porn anymore. Idc for it. In the beginning each day is a battle but it only gets easier. Trust me.
    You said your max days were 70, well prior to this streak I had 2 streaks over 180 and I failed on both. But not this time. This time it’s for good.

    Yeah. I had 3 solid ones. But I didn’t feel a drop in my progress. I just kept going. Wet dream are apart of the healing process to me. Because prior to nofap I didn’t have them because I was PMO.
