    I am already married for 10 years with 3 kids already. Lately, my sexual urges are becoming difficult to control and my partner finds it difficult to accommodate my nightly "needs". I have a secret account on social media for cheating on her because I feel frustrated that I cannot release my lust properly.

    I also developed this unusual habit of watching porn while having sex with my wife and find it difficult to be aroused without doing so.

    I just hope this program would help me get back on the right track of my life.

    Take it from a divorced guy (after nearly 20 years together).. Talk to her about your wants and needs. Watching porn together can be a fun thing. But you've got to delete that secret social media account!

    Yeah that's pretty normal. In my experience, the first few days are always the worst. You can search "chaser effect" here on the forums for more in depth explanations, but your body is still in a state where its expecting those hormonal peaks you get when fapping.

    On the 3rd day now. Well the whole day feels like the usual day except moments when you feel the urge to release what's inside you. My body really misses the high feeling you get when you ejaculate.
