I feel like it's a weird question to ask, but how long does it take to mentally and physically recover from the negative effects of overindulging in masturbation, of course i know that everyone's results are different, I just wanna know how long it took you guys to recover, including facial changes, like not looking dull or tired all the time, or changes in overall body endurance.

  2. 90 days. atleast thats what everyone says. i made it to about 3 weeks myself not really noticing that much changes, and all the symptoms i had like burning urination, chronic lower back pain as well as groin pain were still there. im still gonna aim for 90 days.

  3. I saw positive results after 7 days. Chicks more interested. 14 days more confidence. 30 days even better less anxiety I then made it to 53 and I'm angry I'm starting again. But I tell you it's all worth it pal! 7 days you'll be able to look chicks in the eyes. 14 days confident. 30 days we'll on the way! All the best.

  4. not me. i can still hardly look males in the eyes... guess that’s because im naturally shy, so theres nothing that can cure that. but i did notice this girl in class was looking at me and she has a boyfriend in the corner of my eye, and i never noticed her looking at me before. but i think its still all in my head.

  5. Oh brother don't be so hard on yourself. Give it a month then. Your confidence will skyrocket. I perhaps got quicker results because I wasn't fapping to much. But yep. It's worth it super powers. Trust me give it 30 days you'll see results by 7-14

  7. i went 3 weeks besides not much acne, and it looked like my stomach was a little flatter even though i am in terrible shape and (tighter) if that even makes sense. but thats about it, and getting 10 hours of sleep and not waking up tired still.

relapse or reset? on the 1st cause i couldn’t control the urges anymore but now i am trying for 30 days. or i am also thinking that if i just masturbated like every 3 weeks maybe my urges will reduce and it will become less of a habit? i edged alot and i am still edging now so i dont even think my streaks will count anyways.

I think it differs for everyone.

  9. It does differ the times. A reboot will be most effective clean. So no edging or peaking. My first streak I couldn't really help edging it ultimately led to my downfall. So you've got to find that will power to move past edging. As edging is still harmful. I ended up relapsing just to stop edging. It worked. But yea have had to fight from the beginning again. Try stop edging bro keep your streak. Just if you can stop that you'll see massive progress.

  10. i noticed after not eating the whole day when i was at work cause i already eat something at 1 am and my shift starts at 7, noticed that killed my urges a little... i was so hungry after work, i ate a cheeseburger, fries, and a mountain dew. this may sound like a dumb question, but does stuff like soda plus all the caffeine excite your sexual appetite and make you feel more horny? cause i would be willing to make a permanent adjustment to my diet if that were the case.

The 90 days were not enough in my case for example, took me around 200 days to be fully confident that i would not masturbate again or be easily tempted to open porn

I had back pain of a degree where sitting and standing up was a torture, but now it's lot better. I changed some habits like sitting on cold things like concrete o tiles, ofcourse followed by NoFap. I don't know which did the job but its good now.
In the case of girls, I hate this covid-19 situation.
I am still having problem with wet dreams.

Every bad thing isn't caused from PMO. If you're up late nights PMOing all the time, then I get it - it's not the PMO, though; it's the lack of regular sleep. Or, if you're not eating properly or not getting exercise because you're PMOing all the time - same thing: it's not the PMO itself, it's the lack of good food or exercise. Get to bed for 7 to 8 hours a night and you will recover from being dull and tired all the time and having a saggy looking face, etc. PMO, in and of itself, just like having regular sex, really has nothing to do with it.

never made it more than 45 days, but I guess 90 days should produce great results

  15. Depends! For some it takes up to 50, 90 or even 150. It took me 50 days to heal.

Y’all need to stop predicting days. Some people feel great after a week, some people flatline for 1-2 years before they feel good. It just depends

I started feeling better around 100 to 110 days. And the urges significantly reduced 150+days. But it was still there.
