    I haven't passed 90 days but I've been at it long enough to know that every clean day brings benefits, even if I relapse from time to time. The thing is to keep at it and start again, just like you're doing. Over time you get stronger and your mind gets cleaner, and no-PMO becomes more a part of who you are. You can do it!

    This is spot on. Porn is providing something (or we are trying to get something from it). It's definitely helpful to look at what that is.

    How is the latter counter going to work? I mean, is it for wet dreams?
    If so, maybe it's handy to know, if you're aiming for semen retention per se. I would just caution against aiming for 90 days of no wet dreams: it's mostly out of your control. Don't get me wrong - frequency will change with no PMO, and reducing triggers/sexualised content etc may help reduce frequency, but as long as you're a healthy man, I really don't think there's anything you can do to stop them completely.
    Do let me know if I've misunderstood though.
