Minoxidil-Induced Sexual Dysfunction

I had never once in my life struggled with sexual dysfunction until one fateful week April 2020 when I decided to use minoxidil to thicken up my hair/beard (I really didn't need it anyway) and was hit with a whole host of sexual side effects after a week of use, including ED and zero libido. Minoxidil is considered traditionally safe, but countless people including myself have gotten lasting side effects from it like SSRIs and Finasteride. It's also worth noting that I have been on SSRIs in the past which have probably compounded the issue.

But anyway, since then I have improved a bit and my libido has returned to an extent but my erections are still very poor. Erections require stimulation to achieve/retain and my glans remains soft throughout. I'm honestly feeling like shit about it all and doubt I could possibly have another relationship in this state so I've been avoided dating all together.

Despite my condition, I have been fapping throughout, largely as a compulsive thing to constantly "test" and reassure myself, but it's probably not helping at all. Honestly going to give nofap a go, I'm not sure to what extent it can help with a drug-induced problem but I've got nothing to lose at this point. Has anyone else gotten benefits with nofap from post-minox/post-SSRI/post-Finasteride damage?
