I am an Ex-Muslim, God probably does not exist.

However, I truly believe that Pornography destroys our brains. I feel it when I abstain from it just for a few days. The issue with consuming Porn, is if you give it an inch, it will run a mile. There is no taking it easy. so I would be cautious. If you can contain yourself with only MO then you will be alright.

Fair enough. I think you're right to reject some of the more outlandish claims of NF (I avoid the 'semen retention' subform, for example). And I definitely agree that there is nothing to be gained from being riddled with guilt and anxiety about porn - after over 3 years clean, you have nothing to feel guilty about in that regard.

It's your choice, but I'm not sure that buying sex toys and returning to porn is the best way to satisfy your 'normal sexual desires'. How about dating and/or relationships? I don't think the answer is living like a monk either, but I do believe that a normal and healthiest sex life involves two people, not one guy and a screen or a plastic toy.

If you do decide to stick around I would be interested to hear about your experiences going forward, no matter what path you take. Clearly you have made some changes in your life and are at a cross roads again. And you clearly have enormous self discipline. But you should move on from here if that's the best thing for you. All the best anyhow.
