when will Porn Dreams Stop according to you ?

I believe it will pass. It can take time, but it will pass. I used to be mmorpg games addict, I quit it for good, some years ago but I still get flashbacks of the game that I used to play for years, it can get back in months or can take a year. I believe it is effected by how much have you been watching porn. Besides it is not bad, you got to accept and once you get up from your sleep get a shower and totally forget about your dream.

I had this as well last night and woke up with that horrible dizzy "just relapsed" feeling inside my head.

It feels nice to dream though. When I'm fapping all the time I hardly ever dream and when I do it's very vague and distant, hopefully this clarity of thinking can transfer over to real life as well at some point.

 

Same man, some of them are really perverse and fucked up too ; really makes me feel like a pervert. It's impossible to say when they will go away, I've heard it's different for everyone. It's nothing to worry about, just gotta keep going. Drug addicts in recovery experience the same thing, vivid dreams of using again but that doesn't mean they even want to use, it's just the brain playing tricks.

 

I am on day 72 and I still have them too like once every 1-2 weeks.

I see them as a sign of recovery, it is your brain simulating the ecstacy of watching porn because you are depraving it from these artificial shots of euphoria. Your brain is firing the neurons that are wired together due to the years of porn use, just to get some dopamine out of it (at least how I see it).

I can't really tell when they will cease to manifest themselves, as that depends on the severity of your porn addiction.

What is a good indicator is if the sexual dreams are becoming more natural, i.e. a dream about a real girl instead of the visualization of porn, then that is a sign on the wall that you are recovering and your brain is rewiring itself to its natural state.

Be patient, time will heal.
