Missed out yesterday but Day 3! Been strong the past couple days. Just reading, gaming, napping. Looking forward to thanksgiving. I've read a couple articles saying that turning into porn is the opposite of being thankful. It shows that, what you have isn't enough and that you need that something extra to make your life better or at least feel better. But I know that's not true! I am blessed and grateful for all that I have. My friends and family. My girlfriend. And I don't need porn anymore!

Ranking up here today.
In a way I feel like I'm cheating by not doing Hard Mode (No PMO). When I started this streak and my last one I was doing exactly that - No PMO. I actually used to think that doing just No PM was harder for me because I would always suffer from the chaser effect. But this streak that has not been the case.
I do miss the feeling of semen retention but at the same time I want to have an intimate relationship with my wife. As for porn goes, I'm no longer drawn to it.

 

I just woke up and had a terrible dream I had one dream where I relapsed and I actually thought I relapsed in real life. Then I had some other weird dreams that have put me in a bad mood today is day 37
