    I don't agree. 2 years ago a found a good female friend and the friendship kept me out of PMO for like 3 months - i just didn't feel the need to. Also for me the biggest warning sign is when I start to flirt with idea of looking on slightly erotic pictures. I definitely agree with the hot woman one - i have problem with it especially in films where is it worse, cause there often is partial or full nudity and even thought i skip it, it triggers my old habit. Thanks for sharing the video thought.

    Hi guys! I haven't logged in for a month, and I'm back from 63 days to 18 now. So I did reset on the 9th of November, when I got the Corona and the stress was too much - M'ed to a pic my gf sent me, so I haven't peaked into porn at all - it's all good. I guess I'm back to Hobbit!
