To me this seems like kind of a bad idea. If you fail you have to live with the shame of that failure for the remainder of this month - how much more likely does that make the person to want to use PMO again during that time?

In my opinion this is the wrong way to approach an addiction. It shouldn't be a challenge, a binary pass or fail. Setbacks will happen. Relapses can happen. Instead of going for perfection try to simply do better than you did the day before, the week before, the month before.

 

21 days in today, 9 more to go and i'll get to unlock my new ultimate move: the kamehameha blast, guys i can literally shoot red supermanish beams out my eyeballs and levitate with my phone, these super powers are unbelieaveablely real!
