    So it's evening and my 5th day of Nofap not using porn, . Completed some tasks. But after that my mood was so down I felt like crying. But there was no need of fapping no urges just my mood was off.I clicked on panic button and saw some motivation quotes and all. I heard some musics which felt so good.

    So it is the night of same day I want to tell you that I have completed every work and tast of today's that I assigned to me. I felt like playing the game .

    Why did you set your badge for "No Porn" ? Don't you interested in monk mode anymore , Kakarot ?

    Yes I am interested, and I am on 5th day Monk mode only now but I set the badge for no porn so that first I overcome it and if I completed monk mode at the same time I will set my badge to monk mode with the same day as not using porn but if I accidentally fapped or do sex then I must not watch porn just because I brake monk mode thats why. I will go ahead step by step but if my body automatically completes all the mode itself then I have no problem.

    Sounds logical , Kakarot. Quitting M or O harder than quitting P. My previous streak is broken because of M subs. I accidently O.. And after that i lost my control and i did PMO binge. If I didn't do PMO binge, I felt like more good.. Monk Mode is most painful mode but the most powerful mode you know.
