It would be fine, the point is to rewire yourself from artificial stimulus to actual people but since you don't have a girlfriend how are you going to get one without artificial stimulus? I'm demisexual, not the right person to give you this kind of advice. I need to form an emotional connection before being able to have sex. I can't do hookups, I can't just try to pick a women up because she looks hot. I need to get to know her better first. This already decreases the possibility that she's really wrong for me. Maybe do the same? Either you find someone you match with or stay single until you do?
