Urges from fast food

  1. I ate fast food twice today. Lunch and diner, kinda awful, now I have a shitload of calories and fat in me. Now I have urges building up. How do I go through this? I'm looking to digest asap and get these calories off me, I guess I have to spend them

    Depends are you active everyday? Imo if your not doing any kind of exercise for at least 30 min (minimum) or an hour (max) a day you SHOULD NOT consume junk food or fast food, unless you want to be overweight. But if you are active then i personally think its okay to consume fast food BUT THERES A CATCH. Burgers, burritos, tacos etc. to me are okay by themselves, its only when we start with extra things like french fries, milkshakes, sugary drinks all these unnecessary carbs and fats need to go and we should eat them sparingly if at all. So what i recommend to you good sir is find a good workout routine thats at least 30 mins to an hour, stick to that routine everyday and then you can consume fast food just eat the burger and leave the fries and sugary sodas. And try to stick to lean meats like turkey, tuna or chicken. Beef and pork are known to be bad for you. Instead of the sugary sodas, drink water or coconut water to stay hydrated. And as far as your digestion do this, as soon as you wake up go in the kitchen heat up a cup of water for 2 mins, then cut up a lemon and squeeze it into the warm water, drink said water through a straw because the lemon juice is acid and can damage your teeth. Try and do that and your digestion problems will be over with, trust me. Good luck friend!

  3. That's about the most complete answer I have had! I'm glad because I made it and now I just woke up from my night of sleep.
    Thanks for all this. I never order anything that's got sugar in it, and it was the only day of the week ordering this type of food. I'll take care about that stuff.

    I get urges after sugar binges. As @blacklabel92 pointed out, you should at the very least cut out the sugary parts of a fast food meal
