    In my case, the triggers are:
    ----------------------------------------
    1. Watching porn.
    2. Fantasizing about women and their private parts.
    3. Touching my dick for pleasure.
    4. Reading erotic literature.
    5. Listening to lewd music.

    I say this from personal experience - try abstaining from these.

    No relapse/setback - but had a close call after reading a relationship advice column that talked about two women fighting over one guy sexually.

    Also - for me it's being mad at not being in control or anxious. If I get mad cause my boss won't listen or my family won't listen etc it makes me want to escape to porn.
