    hi frends.. i just joined nofap.
    it all started 4 yrs back in my early 17..one day i discovered this pleasure, a pleasure which was going to ruin my upcoming life and after that i started pmo. after some time passed by i begun to feel a sinnful boy inside me and then i noticed that the feeling darked after every masturbation.so i then decided to quit masturbation but ended up doing it more and more.
    then i realised that its a viscios circle in which i am caught and uptill now not able to get out but with the help of this site i am sure will be able to fight this addiction....
