Day 8. I am sorry for not posting daily status yesterday.

 

Day 4/21. Not the best day, but not the worst day. Still battling with anxiety and anxiety attacks. It's not fun, but I will soon be out of this situation soon. Still need to do the basics and take it one day at a time.

Day 6/7 hard mode. I haven't been able to post on a daily basis but i haven't had such strong urges like today. I am being tempted to give in to the lesser evil but i still remind myself that evil is evil no matter how harmless it looks. Just wont choose it.
