How to balance neurotransmitters naturally

    I'm addicted to MOing,nicotine gambling and sugar. I know I have a neurotransmitter imbalance but don't know how to beat it. I just wanna get back in balance lol

    I recommend educating yourself if you haven't done it already. Try www,yourbrainonporn.com. It covers a lot about the nature of addiction and what to do to beat it.

    Two things I have found useful is telling a friend or two what I am dealing with - not being alone with it. The second is identifying my triggers - the locations, times of days, feelings that trigger the unwanted behavior. Then, disrupting the routines - doing something else - get up for a walk, go work at a coffee shop, etc.

    The answer is: time. Your brain will regenerate if you stop to stimulate it. In the case of PMO, 100 days may be enough.

    i would recommend that you take a 'Vitamin B Complex' and a supplement that has Omega-3 fatty acids in it, everyday. It's very helpfull in the recovery. Buy them both from the farmacy and make sure that the Omega-3 has alot of DHA in it (preferably 0.6gram per 5ml)
