What happens if you fap and watch P but also do semen retention?

    Of course we all wanna be free from P, M, and O. But I wonder if you still get sr benefits when not on nofap. Of course it's best to do nofap if doing sr, this is just more outta curiosity, since I sometimes look at P and M, but manage to do sr still

    I think I could do it. P with M and O, certainly. M without O is much trickier. It's possible to stop right before you ejaculate, but I would not necessarily count that as semen retention because often the semen just goes out afterwards when you urinate...

    Look man, you can't do semen retention and watch porn at the same time because that's impossible and you're going to bust. If you want to watch porn, you don't need to be on journey of nofap and semen retention because you're not taking things seriously by getting off porn and stay off of it for life.

    It is possible, but defo staying away from porn, tbh I kinda peaked a bit before without going all in, but now I'm avoiding it 100%

    I guess it won't give you full benefits of Semen Retention. I mean it's just hypocrisy. Semen Retention is not just "not-ejaculating". It should be practiced in the mind too. It's about eradicating Lust.
