    Day 3 complete!

    Feeling good, practically no urges today. I knocked out three finals/projects, meaning I only have one more to wrap up the semester and that's not until Monday. Didn't get a chance to go running today but that meant I took a cold shower instead. It was positively frigid, but it served as a good way to collect my thoughts about the whole NoFap journey and remind me of the strength I'm acquiring to fight these demons.

    Day 36.
    Yesterday I started fishing, but I stopped. I know that I fall in that due to a stressing work. I don´t like this type of work because my irrational feelings that paralyze me, but in really I can do that well and I could be better if I can get rid of that block. In fact, most of my actual work imply doing that, so I must get stronger and conquer myself. That´s gonna be really hard. But the greatest victory is the conquest of oneself, and this is harder than conquering a hundred kingdoms. The glory will be the Happines.

    Congrats!

    We reached more tan 500 pages and 1000 post. What a great Fellowship we are! We won´t stop until destroying the ring.

    Day. 45 I feel really good today , I feel with the energy to renew some aspects of my life and I want to do it and start doing it, the PMO has take from me so many things and its time to take them back but not like they were but better. So let's keep walking, doing our best. God bless you all brothers and sisters.

    yeah brother, energy and mood flutuations are part of the withdrawal/reboot process. that´s why it´s good to keep the good habits running as they will minimize the withdrawal symphoms ;)

    The thread has now +10000 messages and 501 pages, both facts were not stated by me!! :D. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to the Fellowship, it means a lot to me :). With this kind of perseverance and devotion i´m sure everybody here will destroy it´s PMO ring :). So be it.
