    I relapsed last night. I've relapsed twice now in the past 30 days and both times I didn't use porn. I haven't looked at porn for over 30 days but I feel like my body just needs to release after a certain amount of time. It's easy for me to not look at porn but avoiding orgasm and is very difficult for me. Anyone with simmilar problems and advice? I wanted to go the 90 days with no PMO to prove to myself that porn masturbation wasn't an addiciton but maybe my addicition is just masturbation. Anyways, gonna start again. I need to work on a new mindset or else I will fail once again.

    Day 7/90. Today has been fairly easy so far just because I've been so busy packing. My partner and I are moving to a new apartment day after tomorrow, so the next few days will be very full of activity, which helps a lot. That said, I'm about to hop in the shower and that's the main place where I slip up and PMO because it's one of the only places where my partner won't know. I can already feel a small part of my brain tugging me in that direction, but I'm just going to ignore it and get it done as fast as possible.

    It's a pretty great time in my reboot to be moving to a new apartment too. I was thinking today, I'll move in to a place where I have no established habits or routines, and a place where I've never looked at P or MOed ever before. Is it crazy to wonder if maybe I can leave PMO behind entirely? New home, new start? If I can make it the rest of this challenge, I will have lived there for 81 days without PMO. Maybe that will be an incentive to just never PMO there, ever. It's something to think about anyway :)

    Day 4. Actively reading about addiction effects on brain chemistry. It helps me to get a visual of what goes on. Also trying to daily change my distorted beliefs that I am unloveable and will be rejected if I open up.

    Day 5/90. Feeling much better than five days ago when I relapsed. I think my anxiety's also going away. Excited about feeling better and optimistic about falling asleep tonight.

    Have a nice weekend everyone! Also - started doing yoga - im definitely a complete beginner, but I believe it can really help being mindful of yourself and your body! Especially with urges :) I am following this channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

    What I like about it is - the woman Adriene has such a calming and soothing voice and personality that it is helpful just to listen to her sometimes. Also IMPORTANT - it has nothing to do with any of those sexy yoga instructors that show off their bodies, which can be potentially harmful to your progress on nofap. She looks good of course, but she never focuses clothing or camera on it, so I believe it is pretty safe. Check it out if you think it could be of benefit to you :) My sister pointed me to that channel - she seems to be pretty popular :)

    For a long time i know that i'm a porn addict. I have participated in the groups till about a year ago. I started watching porn, but after reading an artickle about how wrong the porn idustry is, i would like to quit again.
    I'm glad to be back at the nofap community!

    You're definitely not alone on this. For many of us relapses are part of the process of getting clean. The main thing is just to keep coming back here and trying again, and being patient and kind with yourself. As we all know, this isn't an easy journey.

    That's great that you're not using porn! For me my relapses included several days leading up to MO of looking at p-subs, just a few glances at first and then more frequently until MO became almost inevitable. Having my mind full of these images made it more difficult to get started on abstaining again.

    Sorry you relapsed but don't worry about it too much. Just start again and strengthen your resolve. You said that you feel like your body needs a release after a certain amount of time. If your body "needs" a release it will do so naturally at night, no intervention from you necessary. When you feel that "need" start to grow, try to notice where it comes from and find things to replace MO with in those moments. Stay strong, you've got this!
