    If you want to, my history on NoFap above. I thought, foolishly, I had this sorted the first time round. 90 days at my first real attempt and it felt great. A year on where am I.... nowhere further than fucking Day 0. Been back here so many times this year. It's bull shit.

    I figure once it's this far down there's no real comeback, just covering the cracks. I feel at rock bottom and don't even care. The irony is I started heavy porn use as a way to relieve my sexual frustration in a sexless marriage, now she's the rampant one and I don't want / can't have it. Quite funny really. Karma!!

    I've also been having a slow recovery. I started years ago and got no clue if I'm really able to keep away from PMO. It's better than ever and since I've seen results I don't want to go back to it. After each fail it's been easier to start over and I get better anyway so it's not all wasted.

    Just wanted to leave this here :
    Search up Universal man on youtube he has great free content regarding porn recovery and self-help
    I think he even worked with NoFap at some point his advice is really good and has helped me alot
    i think ima save up to buy his course or his discord but his free content is already A1 check him out guys not all hope is lost
