Do you know the dosage? High-strength Vitamin B6 has actually been known to kick people out of a flatline but I'm guessing what you're taking will have no effect.

Based on what I have read, don’t exceed 100mg of B6 per day. Also don’t overdose on B12. B vitamins are generally safe because they’re water-soluble. But B12 gets stored in the liver.

It’s extremely difficult to get more than 50mg of B6 from diet alone. Overdose usually happens with supplements.

I take B Complex in liquid form because I haven’t found one in pill where it gives me control of the dosage. The formula I’m using:

    15ml gives 50mg of B6. 1675mcg of B12 (melthy and cyano).

But I don’t take 15ml in one go. B is something you have to take regularly like drinking water since it’s water-soluble and your body pee it out. That’s why your urine is yellow when you’re on B complex.

I take morning, noon, evening and sometimes night. Half a teaspoon each time I take it cause I don’t want to overdose on B6 and B12. The rest of the B complex is pretty safe.

As for sex related, B6 is what you should look into. ZMA formula has B6 because together with Zinc it helps with sex hormones etc...

Vit B6, or any B vitamin, shouldn’t have any effect on anything. Your body will either take in or excrete the amount it needs regardless of what you do. The only exception is if you are low on these vitamins, which is a rare and specific case, not likely to apply to anything you are experiencing.

  7. You are right about most B vitamins, but not B6. The more you take, the more neurotransmitter (like monoamines) turnover by decarboxylation and lower prolactin levels at high doses of 200mg. There is a rate limiting factor though, but it will build up in your system and can even cause permanent nerve damage.

You should constantly monitor the dosage of any vitamins or other pills. If the doctor prescribes you a certain dosage, always follow it and not take more than necessary.
