    My longest streak in recent times has come to a bitter end. Im happy i madeitto my goal of 50 days but im also dissapointed the most important thing for me to do now isnot fallin a rut, and i need to jump right back into a streak

    Hey everyone. Sorry been mia again. It’s been the toughest week of urges and porn yet. It’s been a long time since I had a week where I watched Porn 3 times in one week. I felt super defeated this week. And also I was with my gf yesterday and we were just getting too intimate (no sex, just hands in inappropriate places) so when I went home I wanted more so I turned to porn. Feeling really crappy about it, but I know today’s a new day and that I am not going to waste today! Day 0, let’s go!

    practically me this past couple of weeks , i relapsed today and i feel really bad about it , i need to start being honest with myself , no matter how long your streak is you are not invincible i learnt that today , getting back on track with my sobriety
