  1. Is there a link between PMO addict and Constate Fear from this and that ? and relying on people to do things for us, like being super lazy and weak mentaly and Emotional and even Physically ?

  2. Yes, there is a link. There are some very predictable side-effects to masturbation.

For a list of symptoms/effects of masturbation, see here: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/about-masturbation.286743/#post-2683565

Essentially, masturbation excites the nervous system and depletes nervous energy. Anything, therefore, that involves brain power or nervous energy will be affected.

Yes and is hormone related. Everytime you masturbate your T and DHT levels drop.
And this is why some mainstream media spread bs on this site, or why we have xenoestrogens everywhere around us (bpa plastic bottles, cosmsetics etc): there's a war going on against masculinity, testosterone, courage to make us more submissive.
I learned this the hard way.

PMO rewires the brain to invest energy in low effort high reward activities.

As success in real life is much less of a certainty, gamers and other hyper-stimuli addicts become disillusioned with putting actual work - being seen as lazy by the rest of society.

It's not their nature to avoid hard work - it's that their physiology learned to find huge amounts of reward all the while spending way less resources.
The efficiency principle guides their mindset as soon as they wake up. Why spend 9 hours chewing leaves like a chimpanzee when one medium cooked steak can provide similar amounts of calories?
