    I forgot to check in yesterday because I was extremely busy and I really didn’t use or browse on my phone. I haven’t done that in a while and I need more of that. Not depending on my phone and being addicted and urged on.

    What are your triggers? Identify them and set rules accordingly.
    For example: I have a rule in which I’m not allowed to use my phone or laptop in bed.
    Also, to be honest I’m not a big fan of your daily calendar thing you do, for me it would make it difficult seeing all those days I still need to go through.
    Anyway, the best tips I could give you are 1) Identifying triggers and setting rules accordingly 2) identifying where and when you are most likely to relapse (ex: in bed, after going out for drinks, using dating apps, etc.)

    You got this man, this is a long journey, I’ve failed many times as well. But the important thing is learning what made you relapse and make a conscious effort to stop those triggers. Hope this helps

    im not in positition to give u advice, my streak is nowhere good lately

    But man cool it down, can you tell us about your triggers ??, i believe there are some member who do have similar problem of trigger like u and conquer it...maybe some advice from em can encourage you
