    Thank you so much. Tbh, my bedroom actually makes me mad horny. I don’t fap anymore for over 8 months now, thanks to nofap. But I still wanna have sex and I hate it. That’s why I wanna go on hardmode so I can learn how to control this emotions and let them slide.

    I don't count wet dreams. But even so, I didn't have a wet dream until day 52 or so.

    Also I don't have orgasm in my day counter, just PM. But I've gone no PMO this far. My wife and I are going 60 days, and I'm continuing the 90 days no PM after that and planning on keeping the streak going the rest of my life.

    Day 12/90. I'm feeling really stressed out and axious today. This is exactly the mood when I'm most prone to PMO. "I'm so stressed, fuck it, I just need to blow off some steam" or "the sooner I jerk off the sooner I can stop thinking about it, so I may as well get this over with" or "everything is so hard, I deserve to give myself a break."
