    That's rough, man. Having hit this stage of the journey I can go weeks without thinking about viewing porn but then sometimes the urge will hit me all of a sudden and lately I've been having nightmares about relapse.

    I don't pretend to have any advice to give to you since you have already made it further than I, but if I can offer any encouragement it is that your 300+ days clean is still and will continue to be a credit to you! I could be at least 400+ days porn free right now had I not lost hope for a week in April of this year. It was only two or three weeks ago that I surpassed my previous streak and this time PM free, not just porn free. So you will rebuild the streak. Keep the hope alive. God bless.

    Boy oh boy oh boy! Finals Grind!!!! Coffee fueled writing marathon (coffee: for running there is water, for writing there is coffee). Been doing well since my slip and intending to keep it that way, staying strong and planning to make it through this week and into the break without another slip!
