Please help! I want to know is that PIED? Or ED coz other reasons?

    Hello guys,

    My problem is..

    I can have solid good erection without porn, through touching or kissing a girl, and imagination without manual stimulating (not all the time) and I can keep it for minutes SOLID Erection ..I can get it even with standing position(on feet) but here is the main problems :

    1) if I stand on knees I lose it(not always but most of times)

    2) actually changing position could make it weaker which lead to losing it

    3)if I lose it, I can not get another erection again! I have to get it through manual stimulating which will be so weak erection 70% and losing it would be so easy in 30 seconds, and that makes me ejaculate fast before I lose the erection

    My question is :
    Is that PIED or an ED because of another reasons? And what's the degree of it, severe or mild or easy? And how I cure it?

    it is pelvic floor issue ,dnt do mastarbution
    try reverse kegal and pelvic relaxation exercise ,Your pelvic floor muscles are too tight when u stand it cuts of blood supply ,Dnt watch porn and dnt do mastarbution
    Eat healthy ,do exercises but mostly do pelvic floor relaxation exercise ,

    Hi man thanks for replay.. I want to know why when I lose the erection... Its hard to get the erection back??

    I have a similar issue. I still can't really say if it's PIED, but just to be sure I'm not causing this through porn I'll try to abandon that.

    Other than that: pelvic floor exercises! As mentioned above. I have done these in the past and am doing them right now, no matter if you have PIED or not or which problems occur with you, exercising your pelvic floor will definitely benefit. Tip, the pelvic floor is the muscle you engage when you try to stop peeing mid-stream. That's the contraction you want to practise to strengthen your pelvic floor. Try engaging for 10 seconds and then let go again.

    Did u feeel any benefits ,but try to do reverse kegals ,actually u did a lot of Masturbation ,it is caused by bad posture and bad technique of Masturbation ,Try to do pelvic floor relaxation exercises

    Guys I know this muscle but how is it weak and I have been edging(for like 15 minutes) before ejaculation while PMO, so edging is always a part of my PMO for 15 years, is not edging supposed to strengthen the pelvic floor?

    To determine whether this is PIED or not we should know how much porn you use, do you masturbate every day on porn?
