    I am officially on 4 days without fapping!! This is the longest time that I have had without giving in for several months. Like I have said before, my fap behavior was so bad jt hat it felt like a regular habit instead of something I couldn't control. If u feel like giving up and giving in to faping remember the hard work u put in to get this far.

    Flip, not bad for starters. Keep it up. If you can go on for a long period you may not have to fap again. But great work thus far mate.
