From a biochemical perspective, the indication is that men who consistently mastrubate are essentially broadcasting their status as Perhomonal Betas - and women's biochemical mechanics subconsciously registers this about them. Higher testosterone males manifest their sexual viability in both sexual assertiveness and scent.

If you are chronically depleted of testosterone, and/or subjected to the calming effects of oxytocin your sexual viability is at disadvantage. In fact, from and evolutionary standpoint, the Beta males of our feral hunter-gatherer beginnings would be more prone to masturbation as a sexual release since, theoretically, they would've had less access to breeding opportunities than Alpha males. It would then follow that definitive, subconscious behavioral and chemical cues would evolve to aid females in selecting the best mate for parental investment.

So, for as much as Beta guys would like to have you believe that snapping your radish before a date will improve your chances of fucking the girl, odds are you're shooting yourself in the foot. This stupid belief is rooted in the "Something about Mary" myth that women don't want an overly sexualized man, but the biological truth is far from that. The myth is one that women need to be comfortable with a guy in order to sleep with him, so men will actively de-sexualize themselves in order to comply. However, all indications point to a need for sexual anxiety and tension in arousal to prompt sexual intercourse.

Comfort and trust are post-orgsam conditions, anxiety, arousal and sexual urgency are pre-orgsam conditions - and both have their own unique hormonal signatures.

According to scientific evidence there is no significant difference between those that abstain from having orgasms and those who don't.
What you're describing is porn addicts. Now that is different. As you recover you'll be able to recognise them. They look, talk, act differently. Even their eyes look messed up. It's not some chemical nonsense, it's just not having brain fog from porn addiction to see that porn addicts are messed up.

Right from the getgo you can discredit this argument with studies showing that testosterone levels do not correlate with orgasms in males (you can read about it here: Any connection between orgasm, abstinence, and blood testosterone levels?). The rest of your argument falls apart without that foundation.

A couple more things I want to add.

    1. All this Alpha-Beta male stuff is misunderstood BS. The original designation of this system was developed to categorize males in chimp societies, with Alphas at top. Alphas protected the females and their sons in exchange for sexual interactions and food offerings. Beta males were other males in the tribe. HOWEVER, these roles were never locked in, and Beta males, through force, alliance, or other methods could overthrow, remove, or kill the Alpha to make themselves the new Alpha. Of course, some traits made it easier for some to be Alphas (stature, aggression, preferential skills, etc.), but literally any male in the group could become the Alpha. Alphas are decided never by genetic disposition, but by opportunities and capitalization.

    2. No matter what you're doing in life, but especially with women, if whatever you're doing is not working, you gotta try something else! Pretty much every guy on this site beats their meat way too much, and as a result (although the precise mechanisms are not precisely understood), they never get laid. If you're always afraid of putting yourself out there, be more assertive. If you've never make moves, shoot your shot. If you get pushback and negative responses, change your game, but don't keep doing whatever it is you're doing if you're not getting the results you want. Switch it up.

    3. The way you talk about women's emotions in sexual relationships is at the least weird and at worst predatory. The word "comfortable" next to "myth" and "anxiety" should never be used to describe how a woman feels when she's with you. That is really fucked up and is gonna lead you to some pretty dark life choices.

I am by all means not saying you should desexualize yourself.

5 minutes before dates i will literally crank out like 120 curls with the 10 lb weights in my room so my arms look bigger than normal. The girls literally say "Nice arms, they're hot." Is she impressed that I'm strong? Hell yeah! Is she intimidated by me? Umm probably not. Is she scared that I could hurt her? Absolutely not.

Women don't like muscular guys because they're afraid of them, but because it makes them feel safe and secure.

Women find security and safety in plenty of different men. Men who are not very physically masculine but have lots of money or the means to make money are very attractive partners as well. Men who have power on some way, even if it's inconsequential or meaningless, are also very attractive partners, especially if that power can be used for the women's benefit. This is why women are attracted to bosses, fraternity members, sport captains, party hosts, etc.

However, the common denominator in all these scenarios is not fear or anxiety, but trust, security, and comfort.

If you've ever made a girl cum, or even had sex with one, you must know comfortability and safety are the number one emotions, not anxiety. Encouraging others to make women anxious and tense is dangerous, bad advice.

Women love men, which other women want to be with.

Look my friend I don´t want to judge your given advice here, as I don´t know you personally. But a big problem in the manosphere is their inner resistance towards outstandig views on the "game". We beat out meat all to much. An healthy approach towards women to let them know you are capable of empathy is correct.

On the other hand I don´t agree with the provider role that you press forward in your post. A provider will almost always maintain that role through the female imperative aka. he has to look after his offspring and take care of the family. This means, he will compromise to a certain degree his freedom and free fucks to give.

Following this, he must have some other things to maintain a Alpha role, like excercising regularly, educate himself or just catch up with friends to not be present at any given moment to his girlfriend. This will create scarcity and opportunity cost for the women, if she misses out on taking advantage of the situations with her men. She sees that he isn´t owned by his dick and has to make use of more faculties instead of letting it simply pass by. This is what is meant by sexual anxiety rather than intimidating her.

To believe women's emotions are ENTIRELY guided by potential offspring resources is rather naive.

Ever contemplated the idea that women might also have their version of the Hero's journey?
That they can perform a proactive, combat oriented role towards fulfillment?

They way you come across portrays the female model as purely one dimensional.

There's enough practical evidence that suggests the strong types aren't that worried about feeling secure. Yes, they might consider the possibilities in the long run but I don't find that such variable play a huge deal on their reasoning to selection. There's excitement of uncertainty involved and it should not be downplayed just because we happen to live in a culture that succeeded in minimizing over mortality rates. The DNA won't change what worked through eons over the course of 200 years.

I'd risk saying rather they feel a primal drive to tame a man who's a bit too monstrous but has the potential to get it under control. I'm talking about the Beauty and the Beast trope.

I'll digress from here since you seem to have your conceptions pretty well established and doesn't seem that eager to reflect upon.
