My Fitness Journal

    2020 has been successful in terms of conquering my PMO addiction. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about my unhealthy food addiction, a realization I have now arrived at. What is fortunate is I naturally have a slim body type. As a result, I do not look overweight, but my guess is I am >20%, maybe even >25% body fat.

    Weigh-ins (every Sunday Morning):
    Starting weight: 166 lbs
    12/13/2020: 161.8 lbs
    Goal weight: 150 lbs

    15 lbs is not much to lose, but my actual goal is body re-composition. Therefore, I will not put a ton of value into what the scale says.

    Goal - Put on muscle while shedding fat

    Strategy:
    1) Carnivore diet (falls under a ketogenic diet)
    2) Weight lift 4x a week; Some sort of activity (such as walking) on the remaining 3 days

    For shedding fat I can recommend you the one-punch-workout from darebee.com. And instead 2 minutes break you can do instead 1 minute break for a bigger challenge! The high knees exercises are effortful, I can tell you! ;)

    Will start weighing in every Sunday morning and reporting here. First weigh-in from yesterday:
    12/13/2020 - 161.8 lbs

    Again, not putting much stock into how much I weigh, although I would like to be around 150-155 lbs. Plus, since I am on a carbohydrate-restrictive meal plan, the weight I lost so far is water weight as expected.
