12 step programme hoping to find a sponsor

    Hi there I’m on day 119 without pmo. I’ve realised my mental patterns are extremely problematic even after removing the addiction and this leads to high levels of stress. I now want to do a 12 step programme to overcome this issue, however I don’t have a sponsor and I don’t have a clue how to find one. Does anyone know where the best place to find one online or alternatively has anyone completed the 12 steps programme and would be willing to sponsor me? Many thanks, Matheus

    I've ordered the AA's "The Big Book" and supplementary book on how to easier understand and process through the steps.

    Hi there, yes I'd definitely be up for this, have you started the 12 steps or would you also be new to it? I've also read Russel Brand's book which talks about the 12 steps in a 250 page book which was very easy to understand.

    Hi both. I have only started recovering from PMO. But I have successfully recovered from drugs and alcohol (3.5 years) through the 12 steps programme and also guided many people through the steps. If you have any questions let me know.
