Your definitely right he didn’t cross the path of no return but imo it’s a relapse because he intentionally stimulated himself for multiple minutes, he violated one of the rules, he masturbated, I would consider it a relapse, but it’s debatable , I know the feeling, though, it hurts to give in, when you have a streak going, but I know I must be honest with myself. I wouldn’t full on fap though, despite this.
