    I have a urine control issue for like 4 years.. currently i'm on treatment.. last few days was like a nightmare with side effects of medicine.. couldn't sleep or eat proper food... when there was nothing to do but rest , i saw the demons lurking around...seemed like devil dont want to spare me on illness... i don't want to give up..

    Oh man that sounds tough. Is the treatment helping?

    I had urinary retention from some anti-depressants not long ago, and it felt horrible. It has happened with three different meds, so I had a test when I still couldn't go which was super stressful, then saw a urologist. I know it doesn't just affect things when in the bathroom, but other times too, worrying about it. I hope you're getting whatever help you need man.

    It's great reading your progress, struggles, good days and bad days @Jo_Fabstronaut. I'm convinced that writing this stuff down helps, even if nobody said anything, it would still help. Added bonus that people often do respond though ;-) Keep us posted how you're doing.

    The treatment is bit of improvement.. I've consulted my urologist regarding the side effects.. he helped me with some meds to help me sleep.. skipped gym for 3 days as i was unwell.. have to bring things back on track.. writing down here really helps... urges are like "dude you've got a penis, don't forget"... its tough as i struggle to work on a clean daily routine... anyway i stick on to the new strategy, fixing smaller check points and motivations... I need to be free and more productive... I also used to have antidepressants for about 5 years.. they helped temporarily without a proper solution... now abstaining from pmo i feel like i got a solution.. a clear head helps to see problems the way they are and fix them up.. feeling a lot better.... :)

    try to adapt to a strategy mate... 90 days might be a long path.. but a week or a mini 5 day or 10 day challenge is not... small efforts aid you to cover the longer distance...set a timer on your phone and reset it to zero after each shorter distance so that you have a feeling of starting fresh... then you wont think like "oh i have survived this much distance.. now it is okay to relapse" ..importantly remind yourself of the good things that could happen to you if you manage to survive... you may write them down on a piece of paper and stick to your bedroom wall where it is visible when you wake up... keep telling yourself life is not about Porn or masturbation... about porn i ll tell you to see that it is not real.. they are just actors faking for money... you may develop a sense of contempt on watching porn... once again.. keep telling yourself "life is not about porn... you can have more life without these demons"..

    had a wet dream.. damn it... I was having afternoon nap... after 3 days break i went to the gym... it was really an effort giving my health leaping down for the side effects of my urology medicines and a low blood pressure which hit me 2 weeks ago... I was really tired and resting.. felt really bad on this... This is the second time on ten days... I don't want to give up.. I wont... This is the way. No porn, Masturbation edging/orgasm

    I had a wet dream an hour ago too. I was having afternoon nap :)
    I have had a few sexual dreams but chose not to come in them, they were not healthy.
    After that, I gave my subconscious what is acceptable and what not.

    Truth be told yesterday I had a few seconds of P exposure, I was researching something on Discord. I had urges when falling asleep, but I moved thesexual energy around my body and resisted them. Totally fine night sleep.
    This one in the nap dream creeped in slowly, I had the time to choose and I agreed, took the lead and the leap. No big deal.
    The noPap FAQ says wet dreams are natural, and no problem. Just we must be aware of the chaser effect two days in.

    I totally get the "dude you've got a penis, don't forget" kind of urge. Many times. It doesn't happen nearly as often now thankfully. I guess I finally realised that I'm not going to forget just because I stopped PMO!

    Glad to hear you're feeling a lot better :)

    It does sound like you're going through a lot, e.g. your last post. Your commitment to not giving up, not giving in even when you're feeling physically rubbish is inspirational.

    I hope your health improves man. I've just prayed for your health overall, and your fight against this PMO beast.

    I'm currently spending 3 nights in an Airbnb out in the country. So far I have spent way too much time on the computer. Researching interesting stuff, but still, I need to get out more, "switch off" more. At least tonight I had Christmas dinner with the hosts and some of their friends, which was great.
