    Check-in day 15. This is the toughest start to a streak I have ever had. When my life gets busy I get the urge to return to the dark side to try and make things easier. I have been staying strong for about a week now and I believe it will be worth it

    This is definitely a learning process of what works and doesn't work, everyone is different for sure. I'm always tweaking my strategy...hang in there.

    I can relate. It's wild how quickly and easily you can "undo" what you've worked so hard to accomplish. I use "undo" in quotes because I believe we never truly start over in this quest. Even if we've reverted back to old habits, we've gained knowledge about ourselves and our addiction and that knowledge can be used to ultimately defeat it.
