  1. Checking in

    It hasn't been easy lately.

  2. Day 20.

1- Meditate: will do so before bed tonight.
    2- Stay accountable daily: check.
3- Study about the reboot: check, reading an awesome thread on the whole rebooting thing.
4- Take cold showers: check, although sometimes I just don't feel like it and I'm saying to myself, why would this even matter.
5- Challenge daily your excuses to PMO: good that you mention it ;)
6- Follow a triggers prevention plan: still really happy with disabling all incognito browsers everywhere. This extra barrier really helps with being tempted to edge.
7- Get occupied. Work in your hobbies and dreams: it's Sunday, will just work for an hour or two before chilling and doing other fun stuff today.
8- Practice physical exercise - Only Yoga today, lifting tomorrow
9- Eat healthy - always, watching calories together with right amounts of fats, carbs and proteins
10- Sleep well - 8 hours every day, together with some meditation/focus exercises I am able to fall asleep pretty quickly.

Thanks again everybody, great to be a part of a community such as this one!

Yes, a relapse in the first weeks is very different from a relapse after months. See when you stop feeling solid and why. Take the apropriate measures.

And of course, do a relapse plan: what to do if you relapse. Its crucial. I had that same problem, i stayed months sober but when i fell, binging followed, always. Now im not worried about binging hell, because i know what to do if i slip. Draw your plan bro, you'll feel much safer.

    One more day mighty Alliance.

Still checking from the mobile. Nothing to report of significance today, did my reboot procedures, engage in my good habits and spend a lazy good sunday afternoon :D:D

64 days of no porn/masturbation, 12 days of semen retention. So far so good :)

Have a great day brave Fellowship!!! See you tomorrow ;)

    Day 115.

One must learn how to cope with the daily stresses of life without P. This is also a necessary component of recovery. This is why we meditate, exercise, and learn.

    - Meditate - Yes, moments of meditation throughout the day and while running
    - Stay accountable daily - yes!
    - Study about the reboot - Not at the moment.
    - Take cold showers -building of confidence
    - Challenge daily your excuses to pmo - Everyday while meditating and while talking with my wife
    - Follow a triggers prevention plan - No social media, no YT, no video entertainment whatsoever, excluding videos shared in these forums
    - Get occupied. Work in your hobbies and dreams - lacking in this department
    - Practice physical exercise - Did legs and core this morning, going for a run in the afternoon.
    - Eat healthy - scrambled eggs, turkey, tea, water, sunflower seeds
    - Sleep well - it's getting better

Checking in today and setting realistic plans for the rest of the day. I've re-attempted morning journaling since learning more about how to approach it, and it has been effective at pulling some of my emotions and rationalizations onto the page.

Swap your hope of one attempt, to attitude of whatever it takes and commitment to follow rules and tips everyday, then you would have a fighting chance. Many who underestimated the enemy with 'one attempt attitude' have silently quitted and drowned in time river.

  18. alright thank you :)

  19. May I ask what your relapse plan is? What do you do? At this moment I do not have a relapse plan other than getting myself together and starting over.. could use some inspiration :D
