No problem bro :D. well, first of all: reflexion - why did i relapse? when did i stop feeling solid over the reboot? answer these two questions and take apropriate measures, update you plan/skills. this is crucial for your growth.

after that: emergency measures - how to prevent binging? because now you are full of urges, the mind is full of fresh porn and masturbation, and of course it wants it again. plus since the counter is reseted the mind will take hold of this and tell "bro, it´s a great time to loose yourself in pmo". so to prevent binging we got to take extreme measures. really extreme.

Since the first weeks are very hard because of the urges and the withdrawal symphoms, my after-relapse triggers plan is very tight: dont be home alone for too long, laptop battery always hidden and only use laptop in a exposed place. After a month or so, when i feel solid again, i loosen these measures.

I hope this helps, again this is my plan, you got to define your own, starting with the circunstances that triggers a binge after a relapse. all the circunstances that causes you hesitation must be changed. leave no stone unturned.

in general rule, wether to prevent a binge or a simple relapse, my rule of thumb is that: any circunstance that creates hesitation must be changed. wether you´re on day 1 or day 100. make your life really simple and easy. because you only have a limited amount of energy, and you can´t risk loosing that energy fighting against yourself.

    i hope this helps :)

    Day 116.

Have become more appreciative of @RiseToGreatness 's efforts everyday in helping us reboot! Why you do the things you do is becoming quite clear! Thank you big brother! Onwards!

    - Meditate - Yes, moments of meditation throughout the day and while running
    - Stay accountable daily - yes!
    - Study about the reboot - Reading passages about the negative effects of masturbation.
    - Take cold showers - took one this morning. Zapped away any sexual energy. I know first hand and quite clearly now how this helps the P addict. However, it kept me cold for a lot of the day. Usually after a hot shower I feel relaxed and I feel good, but it is said over and again that the benefits are long term.
    - Challenge daily your excuses to pmo - Everyday while meditating and while talking with my wife
    - Follow a triggers prevention plan - No social media, no YT, no video entertainment whatsoever, excluding videos shared in these forums
    - Get occupied. Work in your hobbies and dreams - Learning Bash scripting
    - Practice physical exercise - Ran a short run today. Time constraints. May put in a light workout this evening.
    - Eat healthy - scrambled eggs, turkey, tea, water, sunflower seeds
    - Sleep well - I actually slept pretty good!
